We have three vehicles , a large utility trailer and a boat on it's own trailer along with a riding lawn mower, heavy duty dollies and other various things. So you can say that we have plenty of tires that we need to keep properly inflated. I was recently given the opportunity to review the EPAuto 2 pack straight lock-on tire air chucks, and I thought it'd be a very useful gadget for my husband to have in his collection.
The air chucks seemed pretty heavy duty and of good quality. They had 1/4-Inch Female NPT and a 3/4-Inch Hex. I guess that's pretty standard for a tire shop's compressors. My husband decided to use his small pancake compressor since it's really easy to carry around. He had to connect a 1/4 NPT to the female end in order to connect it to his air compressor hose. Basically, it's the same everything, the only thing he gained was the clip to keep it on the tire valve.
We connected it to the air hose, then simply clipped it on the valve. It successfully aired it up to the maximum. There was no shutoff, it just kept airing up until we unclipped it and removed it. It didn't appear to have any leaks in it. It's a pretty neat little gadget, and is perfect for airing up huge tires. However, for the average person, I don't find it too convenient since you have to stand there monitoring it the whole time it fills.

I make a lot of roasts, briskets and whole chickens, especially during the cold winter months. Usually I use a knife and fork to shred up my meat or even just two forks if it's tender enough. The other day though, I was introduced to an awesome new product by Wamder! I was given the awesome opportunity to review the Bear Claws by Wamder, and let me tell you, these things are something I can't live without now!
The bear claws are made of heat resistant nylon, and they feel like plastic. They comfortably fit in your hand with a good solid grip. The bear claws are intended to shred pretty much any meat and claims to shred a 9lb shoulder roast in under a minute! They are also great for picking up and moving your food as well!
I cooked a small 4 lb pork roast in my slow cooker and decided it was the perfect opportunity to try these awesome things out! As suggested, I let the roast cool or "set" for a few minutes and then used the bear claws to move it to a medium sized bowl. They picked up the meat no problem and by interlocking the claws a little, it didn't drop any of the meat.
Once the meat was in the bowl, my husband easily shredded the meat in a little over a minute. I think it would've took a lot less, but he was playing around and trying to find which angle he preferred to hold the bear claws at. You can grip them with your palms facing in or out, whichever feels more comfortable. The instructions say to hold the meat with one hand and pull it apart with the other. My husband just dug in with both hands and went to town! They were very easy to use and shredded the meat way finer than using just forks. These bear claws are absolutely wonderful, and it makes it kind of fun to dig into meat with them! I'll definitely be using these any opportunity I can! You can't help but feel a little like Wolverine.....

I've heard a lot about reusable squeeze pouches lately, but have never actually tried one. I have a six year old son and I'm expecting my second little boy here in a few months, so I'm trying to find some cost-effective ways to give them tasty snacks.
I received four reusable food pouches made of a thick plastic that is very durable. Me and my six year old son thought that the little design on the front was just adorable! It also came with a nice locking lid for each pouch.
The bottom of each CutieLunch pouch is a very strong ziplock that seems pretty kid proof to me. It was very easy to fill with some applesauce by holding the pouch with one hand and pouring the applesauce in with the other hand. You want to make sure and put a lid on it before filling it! I didn't even notice I was dripping out the bottom until my son informed me! I'll always remember to do it from now on though! We also tried these out with a thicker chocolate pudding and he was able to eat it just fine.
It's hard sometimes to get my son to eat applesauce, but he gladly ate out of these cute little pouches. We made a big deal about them being CUTE and he actually felt cuter eating out of them-LOL. To clean, I basically just took the lid off, unzipped the bottom and ran water through it. It was very easy and simple to do! I am very impressed with these durable little pouches and I'm already thinking of tons of yummy foods to put in them for my six year old and the upcoming baby! I don't really use lemons or limes a ton, but I do use them sometimes for certain recipes. I've never used a lemon squeezer before, I've always just used my hands or a spoon to squeeze my lemons or limes. BTipsy recently gave me a unique opportunity to review one of their professional jumbo lemon squeezers recently, and I gladly accepted!
The lemon squeezer really is jumbo! It was a lot larger than I expected and I immediately started thinking of all the other various fruits I might be able to juice with this too. The lemon squeezer is made of stainless steel and it seems very sturdy, it'll last definitely my entire lifetime! It seems very heavy duty and is basically a bottom piece with a strainer type bottom and a solid top piece that you press down into the bottom.
Using the lemon squeezer was very easy and pretty much effortless. It wasn't hard to press the lemon at all, it was just so big, I had to use both hands. The package didn't have any instructions on it at all with how to use it, so I pretty much tried it blind since I've never used on before. My first half, I actually put the lemon in with the rind side down and got surprised when juice came out the handle at me. My second half, I flipped the lemon, and it worked great, got every last drop out of it!
Overall, I find this a very handy, not so little, kitchen gadget that I'll be using for all kinds of various juicing escapades! My only complaint was that it didn't come with a single word of instructions for the beginner. Hey, I'm just a country gal that likes to cook, not a professional chef! My hair is naturally curly and like a lion's mane whenever I towel dry it after a shower. Usually, I have to stand there fussing and brushing for a good five minutes just to get the tangles out. It's a real pain and there's no way to get out of it since my hair's naturally curly. I always straighten it since I can't stand all the tangles and I like to brush it several times a day. I was recently given the opportunity to review this nifty little detangling brush by Miss Landson.
As you can see, my hair is absolutely wild, out of control, horrible tangles after towel drying. This detangling brush absolutely amazed me with how easy it went through my hair! After just one stroke, it went through all my snarls nice and smooth without any tugging or pain! Usually I have to hack at it for a little while! All my hair was smoothly brushed in literally 10 seconds. I have NEVER brushed my tangled hair anywhere close to that fast EVER! Absolutely no pain whatsoever. I am completely blown away by this brush and I'm officially putting away my old one and only using this one from now on!

I've never had a microfiber towel before. I keep hearing about them, apparently they're all the rage right now, so I've been wanting to try one. I was thrilled when I got a great opportunity to review a QuickDry Microfiber Sports Towel just recently.
The microfiber towel came rolled up nice and neat in a handy little mesh bag with a drawstring top and a hanging loop. I just loved the nice cool aqua color that it came in! Once I got it out of the package, it was quite a bit larger than I expected, which is awesome. One of my pet peeves is a towel that's too small! It measured 50"x28" and is plenty big to comfortably wrapping around your body. It felt a little thin, but that's expected with microfiber towels.
I decided to put it to the ultimate test and use it to dry off after my next shower. It dried my skin very fast, way better than a conventional towel! When I was finished with it, it barely even felt damp! My normal cotton towels are usually soaked by the time I'm done drying my hair with them. I let the microfiber towel hang dry for about 30 minutes even though it barely felt damp. It was very easy to roll it right back up and store it back in it's little bag. This towel would be absolutely perfect to take traveling, camping, to the pool or for working out! It's very small and compact and dries very well without getting too soaked. Farewell old heavy cotton towels, I'm using microfiber from now on! If you'd like to simplify your life with one too, they're available here: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B017GTVA1U #WakeUpWorkOutBeHappy

Bamboo products seem to be taking the world by storm right now. At least on the internet, I keep seeing bamboo products everywhere I look and I've been very curious about trying them out. I was offered to review this 6 pack of bamboo baby washcloths by Luly Baby. My first impression when I opened the package was how cute they were! Each washcloth was individually tied with a little bow ribbon like little individual packets of love! These would be absolutely perfect to gift somebody with! And once I felt them, I was amazed with how soft each one was! The colors are white and a soft green, so they're perfect for either sex.
Each washcloth unfolded to be 10"x10" , which is much larger than a usual baby washcloth. I think that is awesome so it can cover more and be easier to grip (especially when the lil ones thrashing around and not enjoying the bath too much) . They are just incredibly soft and will not scratch or irritate even the most tender of skin. As my very first bamboo product, I am very impressed with these cute washcloths. They're so soft and would make an absolute perfect gift for anybody!

My husband works with granite, doing granite fabrication. His job can get VERY dusty, so it's very important that he has a drink container with a secure lid to keep all the rock dust out. He likes to take his morning coffee in a bottle of some type to help him rev up his morning. However, a common problem we have is that they don't retain heat for long and they're hard to clean. Coffee residue tends to gunk up in the tiniest little crevices and are a complete nightmare to try to get clean!
This unique water bottle comes with two interchangeable lids. The first lid is a flip top straw lid. It screws in very nice and snug, and it seems like it'd do a wonderful job at keeping dust out. The straw is easily removed to make it just a breeze to clean!
The water bottle is made of stainless steel and has double walled insulation. It looks very nice and snazzy and can be taken anywhere.
If you don't want to drink your beverage through a straw, you can easily swap it out with the handy handle with with a carabiner on it to easily clip where you might need it. Both lids are very secure and tight. I held it upside down and shook it for a bit, and not a single drop came even close to escaping. The thermos kept my husbands coffee warm for a few hours, I can't really say how long since he drank it all. He is very happy with his new water bottle and loves how clean his drink stays in his dusty job! And i'm happy because it's so easy to clean without all the annoying little weird crevices!

I seem to be going through a thermometer craze lately. Maybe it's because I'm pregnant with my second lil one and I'm trying to prepare, I'm not sure. Anyways, I was given the chance to review a thermometer by FamFave recently. First off, I must say that this truly is the fastest, most accurate thermometer that I've ever used!
I loved the neat green color of this thermometer, along with the soft rubber tip. The picture doesn't show it too well, but the display is lit by a green backlight that you could easily see in a dark room. This thermometer surprised me by how fast it was! Within 10 seconds, it gave me a completely accurate reading, with a loud beep signaling that it was done. considering how quick it is, this would be the perfect thermometer for a fussy baby or fidgety kid. My six year old son hates taking his temperature, but he had no problem trying this one out! I am VERY impressed with this thermometer, and it's definitely going to be the first one that I grab when the kids are sick!

I actually have never heard of silicone wedding rings until just recently. Since Valentine's Day is coming up, i thought it'd be a perfect opportunity to get one of these for my husband! My husband does granite fabrication as his job, and is always doing other various work around the house every weekend. I'm kind of leery about getting him a nice expensive ring, since it'd just get all scratched up really quick.
The Silicone ring is made of 100% medical grade silicone that is hypoallergenic and non-conductive. They are made to stand up to vigorous or high performance activity. Well, that sounds perfect for my hard working man!
Honestly, my husband was a little skeptical when I presented him with this ring, but I sweetened him up to wearing it for me. I put it on him, and he went to work in the backyard doing some heavy work. After about an hour, I went and asked him how the ring was doing. He was confused for a second, then said he forgot he was even wearing it, it was that comfortable! His only complaint was that it kinda made his finger a little sweaty. We are both very pleased with this nifty little ring, and I'll most likely be getting myself one pretty soon too!
