**I was not paid for this review! I received this product free of charge for my honest opinion!**

I make a lot of roasts, briskets and whole chickens, especially during the cold winter months. Usually I use a knife and fork to shred up my meat or even just two forks if it's tender enough. The other day though, I was introduced to an awesome new product by Wamder! I was given the awesome opportunity to review the Bear Claws by Wamder, and let me tell you, these things are something I can't live without now!

The bear claws are made of heat resistant nylon, and they feel like plastic. They comfortably fit in your hand with a good solid grip. The bear claws are intended to shred pretty much any meat and claims to shred a 9lb shoulder roast in under a minute! They are also great for picking up and moving your food as well!
I cooked a small 4 lb pork roast in my slow cooker and decided it was the perfect opportunity to try these awesome things out! As suggested, I let the roast cool or "set" for a few minutes and then used the bear claws to move it to a medium sized bowl. They picked up the meat no problem and by interlocking the claws a little, it didn't drop any of the meat.

Once the meat was in the bowl, my husband easily shredded the meat in a little over a minute. I think it would've took a lot less, but he was playing around and trying to find which angle he preferred to hold the bear claws at. You can grip them with your palms facing in or out, whichever feels more comfortable. The instructions say to hold the meat with one hand and pull it apart with the other. My husband just dug in with both hands and went to town! They were very easy to use and shredded the meat way finer than using just forks. These bear claws are absolutely wonderful, and it makes it kind of fun to dig into meat with them! I'll definitely be using these any opportunity I can! You can't help but feel a little like Wolverine.....
