These go great with some steamed rice! Very easy to make, and tastes like restaurant quality!

2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1-1/2 lbs medium shrimp, peels and deveined
3 Tbsp Tequila
1-1/2 Tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
4 Tbsp coarsely chopped Cilantro

Heat butter and oil on medium heat.
Add garlic and shrimp.
Cook about 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in tequila, lime juice, salt and chili powder.
Cook 2 more minutes, stirring frequently, until shrimp are pink and glazed.
Toss in cilantro and serve over hot steamed rice.
