** I was not paid for this review! I received this product free of charge in exchange for my honest opinion!

A major challenge with almost anybody is trying to lose weight in a country ruled by fast food and obesity problems. It's so easy to overpack a lunch by just filling up whatever container is handy. I constantly do this with my husband's lunches. He'll text me from work telling me that I packed too much food, even though it's in a standard sized tupperware container and doesn't look like too much.

The containers were a bit smaller than I expected. They came in a small box that would be perfect for gifting since they'd never guess what it is! All of the containers easily stack inside the two larger ones for easy storage and transportation. They also came with a handy little guide that has a shopping guide and tips on maintaining your calorie intake. Each container is color coded and perfectly measured to help you easily pack a lunch without having to take time to measure or weigh out proportions.
The larger green one is for exactly 1 cup of vegetables. The large blue one is for 1 cup of fruits. The medium red one is for 3/4 cup of proteins.  The medium yellow one is for 1/2 cup carbs.  The medium blue one is for 1/3 cup fats. The two tiny orange ones hold 2 Tbsp of seeds and dressings.
All of the containers are microwave and dishwasher safe, just be sure to remove the lids before microwaving! They suggest to not put them in the freezer as they may crack.
Overall, these little containers can greatly simplify your life, especially if you have busy mornings and don't want to spend a lot of time measuring out your lunch! These are going to be great to help me and my husband lose weight, and my six year old son would love to have his lunches out of these cute containers!
