I'm not sure what recipes would be good for the beach. We usually just take snacks. For a picnic, we love cold salads, fruit, veggies and sandwiches.

I grill andoullie sausages and lay them on baguettes. I wrap them in wax paper and cut them into sections, then wrap again. By the time we eat them the baguettes are soft enough and they are just right.

I would say Lettuce Wraps, or maybe just bring some yummy fruits and a yogurt to dip it in. The only thing though, you don't want the yogurt getting warm! YUK! haha God bless and good luck everyone!
