 I'm currently 6 months pregnant, and lately my feet have been swelling a little bit. Splett Sports gave me a wonderful pair of compression socks to try out, and they really made a difference! The socks came in an attractive black and white striped design that will go with any of my outfits easily. They're in a one size fits all Medium size. I'm a women's size 7.5 and they were a little large on me, the heel was up on my ankle. They measure 13.5" long and went all the way up to my knees. The material is very breathable and durable and seems of great quality! 
 Putting them on took a minutes since they're tight, but that's how they're supposed to be. They were nice and snug and didn't slip or move around after hours of wearing them around the house. The socks were actually very comfortable and my feet didn't ache as much as they usually do. I love these socks and will be wearing them quite a bit now!

 As I'm currently 6 months pregnant, I'm starting to stock up on baby gear. Lately, I've become obsessed with pacifier clips! They come in so many different cute designs, but these pacifier clips from Turtles are so absolutely adorable!!​ 

 The Turtles pacifier clips set has three clips and includes a bonus gift of a pacifier case! The clips are absolutely adorable with a different design on each side. There's a blue diamond/ red owl, green with stars/ colored owls, and black n white cat/ white n black cat designs. The clips are nickel-free metal with plastic alligator teeth to prevent tearing of clothing and lock on very securely. The loops are cloth and can accommodate any pacifier size, however they are not elastic. They can easily hold a blanket or small toy as well! 
  The included gift of a pacifier case can easily hold two pacifiers along with the clips and closes airtight to help keep them sanitary.  Eating healthier is becoming more important nowadays. Finding different ways to cook vegetables that the kids will eat is also a great challenge. A great way to "sneak" some veggies in is to spiralize them!

 The More Cuisine Essentials Spiralizer comes in a nice burgundy wine color. It's pretty small, which makes it easy to store in a drawer. No assembly is required straight out of the package, it's ready to go! The package includes the double ended spiralizer, a spiked cap to help push veggies in and a nifty little cleaning brush. It's intended to use with cucumbers, carrots, zucchini, radish, and potatoes. The different ends give you different sized spirals, one slightly larger than the other.

 The spiralizer was very easy to use with soft vegetables. I tried doing a small potato in it the other night, but it didn't even begin to cut it. When I tried a cucumber, the larger side worked wonderful, but the thinner side didn't really slice the noodles all the way through. Maybe if I tried firmer pressure, it might have cut better, but I was applying firm pressure the whole time. If you prepare soft vegetables on the larger side, it works magnificent. Forget about using it for potatoes or any other hard vegetable though. It kind of let me down since I've tried other More Cuisine products and they were awesome!

​ Ear infections are pretty common in my household. However, we don't always like to for to the doctor for every slight irritation as the doctor usually won't do anything significant for us. Having our own otoscope will greatly help us with self-diagnosis of small problems and help us determine if we really do need to go to a doctor or not. ​

 The Gurin Otoscope comes in a nice little zippered leather case with a sleeve for the otoscope and a sleeve for the specula. Eight specula tips are included so you can easily switch them out between people. They're reusable, so you just need to disinfect them and store them back in the clear plastic tube they store in. The otoscope takes two 'C' batteries which are inserted in the base. The otoscope is made of chrome plated brass that is very durable and actually somewhat heavy. The handle is texturized and provides a nice, sturdy grip without slipping. The lens is 5X and made of specially coated glass to resist scratches. A swivel on the otoscope easily moves the lens on or off. The light is a 3.2V halogen that is very bright, though it also includes an all metal insufflator outlet to facilitate the use of an insufflation bulb if you choose.
   Me and the whole family tested this out on each other and checked all of our ears easily. With a little bit of angling, I was able to see very clearly into the insides of my husband's and son's ears. It's grossly fascinating what you may find in there! From hairs to little flakes of earwax, it was quite interesting! I could even see some scarring in my husband's ear from  a previous infection. I can't wait to try this out the next time one of us gets an infection to examine the inflammation and any other side effects.

 I'm currently six months pregnant, so I've been trying to get my house childproofed and ready for the new little boy. I have a six year old son, and I remember how curious he was when he was starting to move around. Jeez, he'd get into practically anything!! I have a lot of cabinets that are low and crammed full of pots, utensils and canned goods. My son used to have an obsession with emptying the entire canned cabinet and would build precariously leaning towers in the middle of my kitchen. I'm hoping to help prevent future fiascos by trying to childproof all my cabinets.

  Proud Parent makes some wonderful child safety locks that are fully adjustable to fit any cabinet, door, fridge, stove or anywhere else you might want to keep a curious toddler out of. The set comes with six blue and white flexible locks and some detailed instructions. With 3M adhesive, they are very easy to install and stay securely in place. 
  To install, you insert a screwdriver into the bottom of the lock to pop it off. You can then cut the band to the required length you may need to keep the cabinet closed. Re insert the band onto the lock and close the lock securely. Clean and dry the area you wish to apply the lock to. Remove the 3M adhesive from the bottom and press securely into place. To open, you just squeeze the sides of the lock and slide the band out.
    I tried these out on my cabinet and invited my six year old to try to get into it. He pulled and poked and tried his hardest, but he wasn't able to open these locks. Once I showed him how to use the squeeze locks, he was able to finally get into it though. He's old enough to know better, so I thought it was ok to show him how to open them since he likes to help me find canned veggies for dinner every night. Later, I invited my husband to open them, and he was able to figure it out pretty quickly, so they're not husband proof. For a young child though, these are absolutely secure and perfect though! I have full confidence that my cabinets will be safely off limits from the new little one!

 When we go on car trips, I always use one of our phones for maps to help us easily find the best route. Usually, I end up just holding the phone or setting it on the dash where it tends to slide around since I usually let my husband drive. I was thrilled to try out this long arm car mount by Liansing!

The Liansing Universal car mount came in a small box that is perfect for gifting. It consists of two pieces that you need to put together. To install, you simply unscrew a round gear on the base of the clip and place the ball of the arm inside ans then tighten. The arm is very flexible and can really be adjusted to absolutely any angle you may desire. The suction cup has a pressure lever on it and is really strong. It held my phone with no problem for a long 3 hour car trip without moving at all. The clamps were very strong and rubberized on the corners so it didn't damage my phone at all. I have a Moto G phone with a thick case on it and it fit perfectly in the grips. The swivel ball on the grip helped me move my phone around to even more angles. I was always able to have my phone perfectly positioned for the whole trip and was able to easily re-adjust it whenever I needed to. I absolutely love this mount! I'm never taking a long trip without it!

 Even though I'm only 26, I still want to try to take care of my skin, especially my face. I noticed a little tightening but it seemed like a good thing, not the sticky tightening other products have given me. I've been using this for a few days now, and I've noticed my skin is softer, smoother, firmer and more youthful looking. While my fine lines around my eyes are only noticeable to me, they seem to have lightened up a bit. I love the smell, and I love the results so far! I'll definitely keep on using this serum!

The magnifying lens swivels to suit your current need. The lamp is very bright and fully illuminates inside of the orifice you may be examining. With a grooved handle, it was very easy to hold onto without slipping around.

The tips do not have disposible covers, so you need to clean them with an alcohol wipe between people to reduce spreading of bacteria.  Me and my six year old son love painting! We go through paints quite fast and we were thrilled to try out the Eunectes Watercolor set. They have a really high quality paintbrush set that impressed us so we tried them out with this watercolor set.

 The watercolors come in a nice little compact box that is lightweight and perfect for carrying in a backpack without taking up much room at all. The tray opens up into two layers with 24 vibrant, quality color tablets. A convenient brush and small tube of white pain is also included to help you get the perfect hue you might need. The paints were very easy to use, we just got the brush wet and moistened a tablet. It only took a few drops of water to get the paint going. The colors were nice and vibrant and lasted on the brush for a few strokes without having to re-dip. The tablets also dried quickly so I didn't have to worry about my son making a mess while we painted. The paints were way better quality than the usual watercolors we get in the store and the colors are nice and dark and vibrant!

 Me and my six year old son love painting! I call him my little Picasso because he's so artistic!A common problem we've had with paintbrushes is that bristles fall out or they get all frazzly, messing up fine lines. This quality paintbrush set I got from Eunectes gave us none of those problems!

 The set came with a variety of paintbrushes that covered out every need. There's sizes 0, 2, 4, 6, 9 as well as a charcoal pencil for drawing and a sponge for face painting. The brushes held up very well throughout my six year old's vigorous painting and they didn't fall apart or fray at all. He can be very rough painting too! The brushes are made of high quality gold nylon hair, which is superior to other hair brushes I've tried. I loved the different sizes and how precise they were!  I've bought brushes before and had to trim them down with scissors to get the size I wanted, but all of these brushes came in the perfect sizes that I needed.  They were very easy to grip and hold without slipping like some other brushes. When we were done painting, they were very easy to wash off and I just let them air dry. This really is a nice quality brush set!
