 I have a six year old son that constantly makes messes. I'll clean the living room and less than an hour later, you could never tell that it was spotless a little while ago. I swear, it's like a toy bomb goes off sometimes. He'll almost never pick up unless I bribe him with a treat of some type. He'll just sigh and try to push everything all in one pile in the corner and call it clean. Sillycutie has made a wonderful playmat that saves me so much trouble!

  The Sillycutie playmat measures 4 feet across. It is a nice ble color with a white border and is made of a waterproof material that can clean up easily. It easily folds up into a small bundle whenever you are not using it. To use it, you just unfold it and lay flat on the ground wherever your kids going to play. Let them play and have fun with it, keeping their toys on it. When it's time to clean up the toys, you can make a fun game out of throwing everything into the middle of the playmat. I like to race my son and see who gets the most in the middle first. Once all the toys are on the playmat, simply pull a drawstring on the side. The string tightens the white ring, neatly bundling everything up! It's very quick and easy! The playmat also has two mesh pockets on opposite sides of the mat to keep the smaller toys in. A convenient carrying handle is sewn on the side for easy transportation.
  This idea is pure genius! I no longer have to argue with my son about picking up his mess and everything get's cleaned up in seconds! I absolutely love this playmat and I'm having my son lay it out every time he plays with his small toys in the living room!

 I've been doing a lot of reviews lately and some of them need videos for. My husband was getting pretty tired of always being coerced into recording me doing mundane seeming things.  I'm currently six months pregnant with my second lil boy and I'm trying to stock up on as many baby items as I can. One thing you can't ever have too many of is pacifier clips! It's very frustrating to you and the baby when they drop the pacifier constantly. Then they cry, you have to hope you find it quickly and then you have to clean it off somehow! And if you're in the store and they dropped it tree aisles back and then decide to cry about it, it's almost hopeless. Pacifier clips are a wonderful solution to this frequent problem.

There's a black w stars/ yellow polka dot, green stars/green blue stripes, and red stars/ black white polka dots designs. They are a nice short length to safely keep the pacifier within easy reach without getting wrapped around the baby. The clips are BPA free plastic with soft alligator teeth that will not tear or harm clothing. The clamp on very securely and don not have any sharp corners to cause injury. The lanyard is an elastic type loop that can easily stretch to accommodate any style of pacifier. I double looped it around my pacifier and it held it very securely. These are also great for holding blankets and toys in easy reach as well. These are very nice high quality clips and I love the cute designs!

 Me and my husband are survivalists and somewhat obsessed with collecting multi-functional knives. Survival Hax came out with an awesome knife that is absolutely perfect to carry around for everyday use!

  The Survival Hax foldin knife is made of strong titanum steel with a durable black plastic handle. It is 4.5" folded and flips out to a total length of 7.5" . The blade is partially serrated and is large enough to cut through small tree branches while still being small enough to be agile. The blade is 1" wide with a thickness of  1/10" and a hardness of 58 HRC. The handle is titanium coated and can easily break glass if you were ever in that situation. A handy belt clip and bottle opener is on the side of the case to easily carry for an EDC (Every Day Carry) knife. 
  A handy 1/4 hex drive flips out the opposite end that you can easily insert the included screwdriver tips into. On one side is two sizes of flathead bits, the other side has two sizes of phillips tips to cover your everyday needs.  The bits are held in the slots securely with magnetic strips. This knife is very easy to use and can easily fit in your pocket or clipped on your pocket without taking much room up at all. I absolutely love this knife and all the different functions!  I do a lot of typing every day- heck, I spend most of the day on my computer. I'm used to holding my keyboard in my lap, which is more comfortable, but bad for my posture. I was delighted to try out this Cushioncare Keyboard wrist rest and bonus mousepad!

 I live in a pretty small house and storage is always a challenge for me. My usual way of storing my mops and brooms was to just lean them in the corner between the fridge and a counter. I hate how they'd somehow get tangled up whenever I tried to pull one out. I found a simple solution to keep them organized with the HS Home Solution Mounted Broom and Mop Holder.

  The mounted holder is grey and comes with a set of 6 screws along with sheetrock screws if you need to. It was very easy to install, just level it in a good place and screw it in! There's 5 ball slots that hold up to 2.5cm in diameter. There's also a square rubber brake that can be moved to accommodate brooms up to 3 cm if you need it. Six handy hooks fold down if you need to hand cleaning clots or light buckets on them as well. To put a broom or mop in, just slide it in from the top and gravity makes the ball grip it in place. I found these to hold my broom and mop very securely! Now I can easily grab one without fighting all the others and my corner looks so much better!

 I live in the country and have seasonal mouse problems. The common brown field mouse is my most frequent problem. When it's cold or rainy, they tend to migrate into my house every year. I get a break most of the time during the summer when they migrate back to the fields, but a few always seem to like my house year round. Glue strips are too brutal since they'll lay there struggling for hours. We usually use the regular wooden snap traps but they can really make a mess and I'm somewhat disturbed when it crushes them in the middle of the head. 

 Uncle Gus's No Touch mousetraps are an excellent solution to catching those pesky mice without having to deal with all the mess. They come in a nice 4 pack. Each box is made of semi clear plastic and measures 5"x5"x2". The box opens with a special key for extra security. The secret to these nifty traps is that they can only get set off if a mouse enters the box and sets off the trap! These boxes are tamper proof so kids and animals can't get into them. Simply rub some peanut butter onto the trap and near each of the small openings to entice the mouse in. Set the trap, close the lid and place practically anywhere you choose. Now, just sit back and wait for the mice to come to their doom...
    I love that I don't have to see the poor little mice all crushed anymore. Yes, while pesky, they are still cute! These boxes are fully disposable, but I like being thrifty and i just get my husband to clean it out when we catch one. It's so great that I don't have to worry about my curious son getting into these traps! We would always have to stash our old traps behind couches and in weird hard to reach places. This trap I can easily just set under a table by a wall and don't have to worry about it at all!

 Where I live, in Central Texas, it can get hotter than a skillet on most days. This winter, our average temperature averaged in the 50's and today it's actually pushing 90! In the peak of summer, we usually average about 106 on a nice day. I like to do a lot of activities outside, but sometimes it's too darn hot! The last time I had a garage sale, I ended up burning so bad I got blisters and was peeling for weeks afterwards. Staying cool is a necessity sometimes! I have a Live Infinitely Muscle Stick roller that was amazing and really high quality so I was thrilled to try out one of their cooling towels.

  The Live Infinitely cooling towels comes in a nice compact hard shell container that is perfect for throwing in a gym bag or purse. The towel itself is a beautiful, vibrant pink color and the texture is soft and kind of smooth feeling. There's a slight smell kind of like paint, but it didn't really bother me at all.     The towel measures 31.5" x 13" and is perfect for draping around your neck or over your head. I noticed that the towel was a little cool feeling directly out of the package. to use, I wet it and then snapped it a few times. It was pretty neat how it immediately cooled down and felt very refreshing! Even though I just wet it, it felt like it was already dry. The towel cools to about 30 degrees below it's average temperature and can stay that way for up to 4 hours. To recharge, you just get wet again and snap it some more. I love how it doesn't get your clothing all wet when you're using it too. I absolutely love this towel and will b using it quite a bit this coming summer when I'm working outside!
