Having a six year old son, I'm constantly having to pack him lunches because he's so picky he won't eat the school lunches most of the time. I've tried several types of lunch boxes, and end up having problems with them leaking or popping open in his backpack. It's always a nice surprise to open his backpack and finding crushed crackers coating everything in there. Yeah.
Royale Kitchenware make an adorable ORGANIC lunch box that is so easy to use! The lunchbox is made of bio-degradable rice husk material without any added chemicals. That is just too cool! The box that it came in was very snazzy and perfect for gifting. The organic lunch box has a really tight seal and you have to put a little bit of an effort to pulling the lid off. But it's completely leak-proof! I actually put water in it, and not a single drop escaped. It comes with two dividers that easily slide in with minimal effort to portion off into two or three sections. The lunch box also comes with an adorable spork. It's very cute, with a little panda head on the handle and has safe, rounded edges which are suitable for even young kids. There's a velcro strap that is easy to slide around the whole container to keep the spork handy for lunch. The lunch box itself is nice and compact, measuring 7" x 4.5" x 2" and can easily be slipped into a backpack or purse without taking up to much room. I am completely impressed how this nifty little lunch box is totally organic and how leak-proof it is!! I think it is too cute!

I have a six year old son, and I'm currently expecting another little boy. A common problem I've had is having stuffed animals, books, colors, toys and food spread out all over my backseat, especially on long car trips. It's especially frustrating when we're on the highway, and something he needs has fallen to the floor or ended up on the other side of the seat out of reach. I have actually had times where I've had to pull over on the side of a highway just to retrieve a stuffed animal he somehow can't manage without until our next stop. I was given the opportunity to review this awesome back seat organizer, and it really has simplified car trips!
The back seat organizer was very easy to install. I has two fully adjustable straps with buckles that will fit over pretty much any car seat shape. I had it installed in a minute flat! It fits nice and snug to the back of the seat and doesn't flap around hitting your kid's legs like some other organizers. It has two rows of compartments. The top row has a clear plastic covered compartment that is perfect for a DVD player or i-pad. (My husband had the dvd player in his car at work, so I didn't get a picture with it). It also has two smaller pouches that are perfect for snacks, small toys or any other little object your kid might need at hand. The bottom row had a large middle pocket to easily fit a large stuffed animal, books or anything else you might need. It has two smaller pouched on the side of that also that fit a bottle or juice cup perfectly! My son was able to easily reach everything he needed in the organizer and it really helped keep all his critical items within easy access. I'm so happy to finally have a convenient travel system now!

I live in central Texas, and let me tell you, the sun can really beat down on you pretty much year round! I mean, here we are at the beginning of February, and it's 85 degrees outside! In the front of my car, it's east to just pop down the visor if the sun bothers me, but my poor son in he backseat just has to try to dodge the rays as much as he can in his carseat. I was thrilled to have the opportunity to review these sun shades, and my son is relieved that we have them now!
The sun shades came in a nice small pouch that is very easy to travel with. One I pulled them out of the pouch, it was like they were spring loaded and just popped open really quick on me! The measure a nice large 19.4" x 14.2" and they came with six suction cups to easily attach to the window. The suction cups slide on to the thicker edges of the sunshade to securely hold it in place, yet you can still move them around if need be. The sunshades themselves are nice and see through so my son can still look out the window, he's not completely cut off like some other sunshades. While they're see thru, they still block the sun effectively and protect against harmful UV rays. I am very happy with these sunshades, and my son is thrilled that he won't get all toasty in the backseat anymore!

There's almost nothing as frustrating as having to run over and pick up a dropped pacifier, walk away, and have to come right back again because the little one lost their grip on it again. Not to mention the germs or dirt the dropped pacifier may collect when it hits the ground! Pacifier clips are a great way to keep pacifiers sanitary and easily within reach while saving you form having to pick one up every 5 seconds. I was given the opportunity to review these adorable pacifier clips by Sanda Lea, and I must say I'm impressed!
The pacifier clips came in tow cute girly colors- grey with flowers and purple with polka dots an hearts. They are about 8 inches long, so they can easily stay within reach without being in the way. The ribbon is made of a versatile material and has excellent stitching that I don't see even the most fidgety baby pulling apart. They are machine washable, so you can just throw them in the washing machine with everything else without having to give them any special care. The clip end is made of metal and has three teeth with a metal cover to protect them. It grasps very firmly, but doesn't mark the clothing or tear it at all like some others. The other end that attaches to the pacifier is a durable elastic band that stretched to fit over basically any pacifier size or shape. The pacifier stays securely in the band without any danger of slipping out. Overall, I'm very impressed with the quality of the pacifier clips! These would make an adorable baby shower gift! I'm 5 months pregnant, so i'm saving these for my little one, and I'm looking forward to using them!

I've heard a lot about reusable squeeze pouches lately, but have never actually tried one. I have a six year old son and I'm expecting my second little boy here in a few months, so I'm trying to find some cost-effective ways to give them tasty snacks.
I received four reusable food pouches made of a thick plastic that is very durable. Me and my six year old son thought that the little design on the front was just adorable! It also came with a nice locking lid for each pouch.
The bottom of each CutieLunch pouch is a very strong ziplock that seems pretty kid proof to me. It was very easy to fill with some applesauce by holding the pouch with one hand and pouring the applesauce in with the other hand. You want to make sure and put a lid on it before filling it! I didn't even notice I was dripping out the bottom until my son informed me! I'll always remember to do it from now on though! We also tried these out with a thicker chocolate pudding and he was able to eat it just fine.
It's hard sometimes to get my son to eat applesauce, but he gladly ate out of these cute little pouches. We made a big deal about them being CUTE and he actually felt cuter eating out of them-LOL. To clean, I basically just took the lid off, unzipped the bottom and ran water through it. It was very easy and simple to do! I am very impressed with these durable little pouches and I'm already thinking of tons of yummy foods to put in them for my six year old and the upcoming baby! Bamboo products seem to be taking the world by storm right now. At least on the internet, I keep seeing bamboo products everywhere I look and I've been very curious about trying them out. I was offered to review this 6 pack of bamboo baby washcloths by Luly Baby. My first impression when I opened the package was how cute they were! Each washcloth was individually tied with a little bow ribbon like little individual packets of love! These would be absolutely perfect to gift somebody with! And once I felt them, I was amazed with how soft each one was! The colors are white and a soft green, so they're perfect for either sex.
Each washcloth unfolded to be 10"x10" , which is much larger than a usual baby washcloth. I think that is awesome so it can cover more and be easier to grip (especially when the lil ones thrashing around and not enjoying the bath too much) . They are just incredibly soft and will not scratch or irritate even the most tender of skin. As my very first bamboo product, I am very impressed with these cute washcloths. They're so soft and would make an absolute perfect gift for anybody!

I seem to be going through a thermometer craze lately. Maybe it's because I'm pregnant with my second lil one and I'm trying to prepare, I'm not sure. Anyways, I was given the chance to review a thermometer by FamFave recently. First off, I must say that this truly is the fastest, most accurate thermometer that I've ever used!
I loved the neat green color of this thermometer, along with the soft rubber tip. The picture doesn't show it too well, but the display is lit by a green backlight that you could easily see in a dark room. This thermometer surprised me by how fast it was! Within 10 seconds, it gave me a completely accurate reading, with a loud beep signaling that it was done. considering how quick it is, this would be the perfect thermometer for a fussy baby or fidgety kid. My six year old son hates taking his temperature, but he had no problem trying this one out! I am VERY impressed with this thermometer, and it's definitely going to be the first one that I grab when the kids are sick!

I just recently "discovered" baby bandana bibs. I think they are just so adorable, and they're also like a fashion statement while still being completely functional! I was given the opportunity to review this Feather and Sky bandana bib set by Luly Baby. Since I'm currently expecting my second lil boy in a few months, I jumped at the chance to review these.
The Feathers and Sky set I received was just too adorable! It had one with red feathers on a white background, a blue one with white clouds, a white one with a blue triangle pattern and a white with grey chevron designs on it.
The first thing I noticed (besides the adorable designs), was how they underside is nicely padded and very soft. These bibs would be perfect to put on a shirtless baby without any chafing whatsoever! The snaps are metal with two different positions on each side for the perfect fit. The bibs are nice and precut, so you don't have to worry about folding them to the perfect bandana shape. They seem very durable, the edges are well stitched and these seem like high quality bibs! And have I mentioned that they are just too adorable?

When my six year old son was younger, he definitely went through his fair share of bibs. He didn't really stop wearing bibs until he was three years old. So you can say that we definitely know a bit or two about bibs! As I'm currently expecting my second lil boy now, I know that we'll be going through a lot of bibs again. As much experience as we've had with bibs though, I've never even heard of adorable Bandana Bibs!
First of all, I must say that these are so ADORABLE! I absolutely love the patterns and how they look! I got a four pack from Little Cheeky. The designs were polka dots, stars, teddy heads and various animals. I love how all the colors will easily suite either a boy or a girl. They were packaged very neatly, each individually wrapped. They're made of 100% cotton and are very soft and flexible, not stiff like some bibs. Since they're cotton, I know that they're also super absorbent!
I love how they were already pre-folded and ready to just pop on! The snaps are made of plastic, not metal, which I actually think is great since they're softer. They're firmly attached and I see no danger with them being chewed on. The snaps are in two different positions so you can easily adjust them to whichever size you might need. I tried these bibs on my six year old son, and they actually fit very nicely without strangling him! The edges are tightly stitched and they seem like they'll last quite a long time!
I am very impressed with the quality of these bibs, and I love the cute unisex designs. And did I mention how darn cute they look? I can't wait for my newborn to sport these fashionable bibs in public! They almost seem more like a fashion statement than a bib, yet they're fully functional! I'm currently 5 months pregnant with my second lil boy, so I jumped at the chance to review this adorable baby carrier! Since my first son is six and he's a little too big to put in here, I got creative and used one of his large stuffed bunnies that's about the same size as a small toddler. Yes. I know. The bunny looks silly.
Once I opened the package and saw the gorgeous embroidery on it, my heart just melted! It truly is just beautiful!! The Cozitot carrier is a versatile tie on style, one-size-fits-all carrier. It helps keep your hands free while you support your baby and can support up to 35 lbs! I used to have a carrier when my first son was a tiny tot, and it didn't look anywhere as neat or as comfortable as this one!
The instructions were very well described with very detailed instructions including step by step pictures. The first time i put it on, it was a breeze and actually simpler than I thought! There's no buckles or velcro, it just has long ties that you wrap around and tie and ended up being quite comfortable. The material the carrier is made of is actually nice and thick and seems VERY durable, it's 100% cotton, so it's very breathable too!
To put on, front carry, you basically start off by tying the bottom straps around your waist. Then you hold on to your baby while you pull the back of the carrier up and pull the front straps over your shoulders. Cross the straps behind you, bring around to the front and cross under your baby's bottom and then tie them back around your waist. Well, as I mentioned, I am 5 months pregnant and getting a little belly, so I ended up tying the ends up front over my belly. It sounds a lot more complicated than it really is! The pictures really helped, and I got it on the first try. To carry in the back, you basically do the same procedure. It really is pretty simple to do!
Overall, I am very impressed with this carrier! It seems very durable and very adorable! I absolutely love the stitched pattern!! I can't wait til my lil one is here so I can carry him around in it! I am completely head over heels for this cute carrier! (Yes. I know. The bunny looks silly.) Once the baby is here, I'll update with some better pics!
