This is a great recipe to make when you don't have a lot of time, and it's so yummy!
1 package linguine pasta (16oz) 1 cup chopped sweet red pepper 1 cup chopped green bell pepper 1/3 cup chopped onion 3 garlic cloves, minced 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp dried oregano 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 1/8 tsp black pepper 1/4 cup olive oil 2 lbs frozen cooked shrimp, thawed 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese Cook the pasta according to the directions on package. Why is it called Confetti Pasta with Shrimp? It looks more like Angel Hair Pasta :)

This really looks good and I love all the color in the meal. I like when a recipe has the color and usually the color adds to the flavor which I am sure this one does!!!

I am a huge pasta fan and this is a great twist to an old classic! There aren't many seafood dishes that my kids and I would both enjoy, but I know they would love this one! I can't wait to try it!
