1 package linguine pasta (16oz)
1 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/3 cup chopped onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
2 lbs frozen cooked shrimp, thawed
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Cook the pasta according to the directions on package.
In large saucepan, heat the oil.
Saute the pepper, onion, garlic and seasonings in oil until vegetables are tender.
Add the shrimp.
Cook and stir for 2-3 more minutes or until heated through.
Toss the pasta in with the shrimp mixture.
Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and enjoy!
