I've been doing a lot of reviews lately and some of them need videos for. My husband was getting pretty tired of always being coerced into recording me doing mundane seeming things. A wonderful solution that helps me record myself is the Maan Cell Phone Holder! I can now shoot perfect videos with my phone all by myself!
The Maan cell phone holder is incredibly versatile. The gooseneck is made of aluminum magnesium alloy, which will never rust, and is fully flexible to any angle you may dream up. It easily clamps onto a table or other surface with a liftable bracket brace that is lined with non-slip silicone. It can grasp anything from a thickness of .2 to 2.8 inches without causing any scratches or damages. A universal cell phone holder at the other end can fit most cell phones up to 6" and is silicone lined on each claw to help protect your phone. The holder is on a ball joint swivel base that gives you a full 360 degrees rotation.
I absolutely love the cell phone holder and am using it almost every day now! I really can find any angle I can possibly dream of to suite my current needs. I can easily video tape myself while the holder supports my phone steadily and without shaking! I absolutely love how flexible it is and my husband loves how he doesn't have to hold my phone all the time now! This is one of the most useful phone accessories that I have! Me and my husband are survivalists and somewhat obsessed with collecting multi-functional knives. Survival Hax came out with an awesome knife that is absolutely perfect to carry around for everyday use!
The Survival Hax foldin knife is made of strong titanum steel with a durable black plastic handle. It is 4.5" folded and flips out to a total length of 7.5" . The blade is partially serrated and is large enough to cut through small tree branches while still being small enough to be agile. The blade is 1" wide with a thickness of 1/10" and a hardness of 58 HRC. The handle is titanium coated and can easily break glass if you were ever in that situation. A handy belt clip and bottle opener is on the side of the case to easily carry for an EDC (Every Day Carry) knife.
A handy 1/4 hex drive flips out the opposite end that you can easily insert the included screwdriver tips into. On one side is two sizes of flathead bits, the other side has two sizes of phillips tips to cover your everyday needs. The bits are held in the slots securely with magnetic strips. This knife is very easy to use and can easily fit in your pocket or clipped on your pocket without taking much room up at all. I absolutely love this knife and all the different functions! This really is a high quality, very useful knife that would make a perfect gift for anybody! I live in a pretty small house and storage is always a challenge for me. My usual way of storing my mops and brooms was to just lean them in the corner between the fridge and a counter. I hate how they'd somehow get tangled up whenever I tried to pull one out. I found a simple solution to keep them organized with the HS Home Solution Mounted Broom and Mop Holder.
The mounted holder is grey and comes with a set of 6 screws along with sheetrock screws if you need to. It was very easy to install, just level it in a good place and screw it in! There's 5 ball slots that hold up to 2.5cm in diameter. There's also a square rubber brake that can be moved to accommodate brooms up to 3 cm if you need it. Six handy hooks fold down if you need to hand cleaning clots or light buckets on them as well. To put a broom or mop in, just slide it in from the top and gravity makes the ball grip it in place. I found these to hold my broom and mop very securely! Now I can easily grab one without fighting all the others and my corner looks so much better!

Ear infections are pretty common in my household. However, we don't always like to for to the doctor for every slight irritation as the doctor usually won't do anything significant for us. Having our own otoscope will greatly help us with self-diagnosis of small problems and help us determine if we really do need to go to a doctor or not.
The Gurin Otoscope comes in a nice little zippered leather case with a sleeve for the otoscope and a sleeve for the specula. Eight specula tips are included so you can easily switch them out between people. They're reusable, so you just need to disinfect them and store them back in the clear plastic tube they store in. The otoscope takes two 'C' batteries which are inserted in the base. The otoscope is made of chrome plated brass that is very durable and actually somewhat heavy. The handle is texturized and provides a nice, sturdy grip without slipping. The lens is 5X and made of specially coated glass to resist scratches. A swivel on the otoscope easily moves the lens on or off. The light is a 3.2V halogen that is very bright, though it also includes an all metal insufflator outlet to facilitate the use of an insufflation bulb if you choose.
Me and the whole family tested this out on each other and checked all of our ears easily. With a little bit of angling, I was able to see very clearly into the insides of my husband's and son's ears. It's grossly fascinating what you may find in there! From hairs to little flakes of earwax, it was quite interesting! I could even see some scarring in my husband's ear from a previous infection. I can't wait to try this out the next time one of us gets an infection to examine the inflammation and any other side effects. When we go on car trips, I always use one of our phones for maps to help us easily find the best route. Usually, I end up just holding the phone or setting it on the dash where it tends to slide around since I usually let my husband drive. I was thrilled to try out this long arm car mount by Liansing!
The Liansing Universal car mount came in a small box that is perfect for gifting. It consists of two pieces that you need to put together. To install, you simply unscrew a round gear on the base of the clip and place the ball of the arm inside ans then tighten. The arm is very flexible and can really be adjusted to absolutely any angle you may desire. The suction cup has a pressure lever on it and is really strong. It held my phone with no problem for a long 3 hour car trip without moving at all. The clamps were very strong and rubberized on the corners so it didn't damage my phone at all. I have a Moto G phone with a thick case on it and it fit perfectly in the grips. The swivel ball on the grip helped me move my phone around to even more angles. I was always able to have my phone perfectly positioned for the whole trip and was able to easily re-adjust it whenever I needed to. I absolutely love this mount! I'm never taking a long trip without it!

Having our own otoscope will greatly help us with self-diagnosis of small problems and help us determine if we really do need to go to a doctor or not.
The SantaMedical Otoscope comes with a hard plastic carrying case with molded spots for the included pieces. It includes the otoscope, 3 different sized specula and a spare 2.5V halogen lamp. The otocope takes two "C" batteries to power it which you install through the base. Different specula tips attach by a pin swivel into a groove at the tip of the otoscope. The magnifying lens swivels to suit your current need. The lamp is very bright and fully illuminates inside of the orifice you may be examining. With a grooved handle, it was very easy to hold onto without slipping around.
Me and the whole family tested this out on each other and checked all of our ears easily. The tips do not have disposible covers, so you need to clean them with an alcohol wipe between people to reduce spreading of bacteria. A favorite fruit that me and my family love to eat is Pineapples. While delicious, they are always a mess! It's always a pain to prepare the pineapple though. first you have to chop off the top and cut off the outer peel. Then you have to slice it all up, losing a ton of juice and making a huge mess all over the place. When I used this simple little pineapple gadget by RubiWo I was pleasantly surprised. I've never prepared a pineapple so fast and effortlessly!
The pineapple corer slicer is incredibly easy to setup and use. The package includes a stainless steel sharp blade, a black plastic handle and a little pair of serving tongs. To setup the tool, you just simply pop the handle into the top of the corer blade and you're ready to go. Chop the leafy top off the pineapple and set aside. Using a firm downward pressure, center the tool on the pineapple and twist it until it goes all the way through. It cores the pineapple as well as slices and peels at the same time. It cleaned out my pineapple very well leaving just the outer shell with almost no pineapple remnants left. The slices are nice, clean and perfectly uniform. There was almost no juice leakage, it was very clean and mess- free! My family loved the neat little easy to eat slices. They were packed full of juice and so delicious and easy to handle. I've never prepared a pineapple this fast and effortlessly!!
As you can see, it only took about a minute to get the pineapple completely prepared.

My family loves to go camping. A true must have item is a lantern, otherwise you're outta luck after dark! The LED lantern by Vodiy covers all of our basic needs and is safer than our other kerosene lanterns. I have a six year old son and he's forbidden from touching our glass-domed kerosene lanterns. However, this lantern seems completely safe for him to use- even unsupervised! Made of a durable military grade materials, the triple sealed base makes it rain, moisture and condensation proof. The rubberized coating on the top and bottom is meant to withstand even the most drastic of dropping. There's even a removable outer globe that is of a soft plastic type material guaranteed not to break. The lantern is very small and easy to use with a convenient carrying handle as well. Overall, this lantern is very safe for kids to use by themselves and can withstand habitual clumsiness.
The lantern also has six lighting modes to suit all your different needs. There's 4 white light modes- high, med, low and SOS flashing. Then there's also two red light modes- red light still and flashing. Each can be cycled through by pressing the lit green button. To turn off, you just press and hold the button for 2 seconds. The lantern runs off of 3 D batteries and can last up to 6 days of solid lighting.
I absolutely love this lantern and my six year old has officially made it "his". I feel completely safe letting him run around on his own with this lantern! There's no risk of broken glass or getting burned!! If you'd like to get one for yourself, they're available here- http://vodiystore.com/collections/frontpage/products/fonuslight-led-lantern #VODIY

Me and my husband are survivalists as well as the proud owners of enough tools to stock a hardware store. One priceless tool we commonly carry are multitools. They can come in all styles with several different functions. Multitools are perfect for quick fixes of everyday problems if you have the right one. Cerberuso makes a multitool that is by far one of the best I've ever had!
The multitool is made of high quality durable stainless steel with a nice powder black finish. The design is very sleek and stands out from the rest by just looking so awesome and high tech. It has 13 different functions to cover every possible need. You can easily open it up to have expose the spring loaded pliers that also have a wire cutter and stripper part near he base of the pliers. On one side of the multitool you can easily fold out a sharp knife, philips screwdriver head, flathead screwdriver and a serrated saw. On the other side you can easily fold out a bottle/can opener, another flathead screwdriver, letter opener or awl and a file with a tip that also doubles as another flathead screwdriver as well. Once folded down, each piece locks into place and you can easily fold it back in by just pressing a button on the inside of the tool. I love the easy button since I'm used to a sliding lock, which can be a bit challenging if your hands are sweaty or gunky.
The multitool is a little heavy, but I just credit that to the great quality of the steel- it's meant to last and get the job done! A very nice canvas carrying pouch is included with a belt loop sewn on the back for easy portability. I'm very impressed with the quality of this multitool and I'm proud to show it off in public any chance I get. I've gotten quite a few comments on how nice it looks! It's definitely way nicer than my plain silver Leatherman! If you'd like a sharp looking, high quality multitool too, you can get one here- http://www.amazon.com/dp/B01AE0IQRE #Multitool

If you're like me and my husband, then you have a lot of keys! With three vehicles, riding lawn mower, two storage sheds, and countless tool boxes with locks, the keys tend to really accumulate. An then of course, there's those mystery keys floating around. We're not quite sure what they go to, but they ARE for something, so we're going to hang onto them for years in case we ever figure out what they go to. Keychains can get quite bulky, especially if you need to carry them in your pocket. A simple way to condense them all is to use a compact key holder.
The W-Plus compact key holder can hold anywhere from 2-15 keys, compacting them all into a small form about the size of a pocket knife. You can easily slip the key holder into a pocket without a bunch of bulging and poking. The key holder kit comes with all the needed pieces, a velvet like storage pouch and detailed instructions. The instructions make it look a lot more intimidating than it really is. I was able to put together a small bundle of 6 keys in less than 5 minutes.
I decided to combine keys from two different keychains that are for the sheds and come toolboxes to try to make it easier for my husband. I simply put a small black washer on two screws, inserted them into one of the bottom plates, put a red washer on, layered the keys on there, put another red washer, then top plate and screwed a smaller screw into the top. It was actually really simple and easy to do. There's extra spacers and some extenders included if you want to load it up with even more keys.
The keys tended to kind of wiggle loose and splay out the sides. However, when I tightened down the screw until they were absolutely snug, the keys stayed in there better. It seems the more keys you put in it, the better it holds. Overall, this compact key holder is a great way to cut back on bulky keychains!
